Yesterday i went to the doctor found out im 3cm dilated. Since they checked I've been having bad pain in the top of my stomach and sides. I feel a horrible urge to go #2 I've been having diarrhea amd ect. This is my first baby could i be going into early labor (the first stage) it hurts like real bad period pains. Nothing relives the pains but to have a hot shower.
