Maternity clothes- AVOID ordering online from “fancykose”

Hey lovelies! I think we all know how hard it is to find maternity clothes, so I just wanted to give you a heads up of an American website to AVOID called “fancykose”.

I paid USD$30 just for express shipping because I found the perfect dress to wear to a friend’s baby shower.

The day after I ordered, I was sent tracking info with FedEx Express, which was saying delivery only 3 days later.

Well 4 days later, still nothing. Tracking was now just saying “pending- estimated delivery will depend on when the package is given to FedEx”

So I’m like... um what, how do you not have the package yet?!

I sent 6 emails to fancykose over the next 4 days, finally got a reply to which they only gave me the tracking number again- no clarification whether the order had been given to FedEx, or if maybe it just hadn’t been scanned at the depo.

So I had to email AGAIN. 3 more times over the next few days, and I FINALLY got an update to say they hadn’t given my order to FedEx. No apologies or explanations about the delay. It is now on its way, almost 2 weeks after purchase (and still not expected to arrive until Mon 18th) and I’m PEEVED to say at the least.

I’ve complained about paying such a hefty express fee for nothing, but of course my emails are going ignored. So unprofessional.

Just don’t waste your time 😠🙅‍♀️❌

(obviously I haven’t received the dress yet so I can’t comment on the quality- I’m hoping that makes up for such a frustrating experience!) 🤞
