Follicles, Pain, help!

So for about a year and a half now, I’ve had on and off pain on my right ovary. Even had a laparoscopic procedure a couple of months ago (maybe 6 or 8 months ago) to see what exactly is in there. Nothing! I’ve had ultrasound after ultrasound, My most recent ultrasounds was a month and a half ago and then another 5 days ago and all that’s ever seen is a bunch of follicles. The ultrasound that I had about 5 days ago was a day before my period, she said the biggest one that was seen was like 8 mm. I’m told by the techs that it looks like pcos but all of my hormone markers come back fine. Why do I always have follicles? My right ovary is always sore off and on but they told me that those follicles shouldn’t be hurting me. Ugh 😫 I feel like I have every weird symptom. Fullness after eating, on and off bloating, indigestion, upper tummy abdominal cramps... burping. Ugh! I’ve been to three different doctors about this. I
