How long did it take you to get pregnant from the moment you actively decided to try to conceive?

Would be interested to get an insight into approximately how long it can take to get pregnant. Also, any tips that you have that might increase our chances? Like particular positions or raising hips after sex to aid sperm.

First child, 3 months after quitting bcp (age 32).  Second child 2 months after quitting bcp (age 35).
Tip - use digital opks, dont f around with the ones where you read strips.

It took us 8-9 months with my son and we were not trying, not preventing. It can take healthy couples up to a year to conceive when actively trying. You don't have to do anything special during sex, sperm gets to where it needs to go within seconds of ejaculation. The best thing you can do is track your ovulation cycle and try to be as healthy as you both can. Good luck!

3 yrs that’s when I gave up and decide to stop trying. 2nd month and I had a wonderful little boy..
