I think we should toot our own horns sometimes
I’ve actually had kind of a hard week and woke up feeling bummed, but i was looking at my bump pictures I’ve taken and I just wanted to say that I’m really proud of myself during this pregnancy. I’ve put my health first, and feel like I’ve stayed very strong. Even through my vomiting in the first trimester, I worked out nearly 5x per week and now am still exercising nearly 4x per week. And even now at the beginning of week 39, I’m still hitting the goal of burning 550 active calories per day. I eat healthy but also let myself enjoy little treats throughout the day.
I realize I’m rooting my own horn but I just needed to feel good about how hard I’ve worked growing a baby and doing it as healthy as I possibly can. This is my second pregnancy and pictures are week 5 and week 39... same pants. Have to be careful though because the string keeps almost getting lost in the waist band 🤣
