I'm about 7 weeks pregnant with twins!! Forever grateful and blessed.

However I have been ill for the past 2 weeks. First i had a cold and sore throat and that lasted a week and this week has been so difficult. I can't stand up for more than 20 mins, i feel feverish, extremely tired all the times. Also i cannot eat any food!!

Anybody else in the same boat? Is this even normal? My first pregancy
