How far along am it? The first day of my last period was oct 2. My cycles are 44 days long. I ovulated on nov 1.

So, if you ovulated nov 1, the first day (in a normal cycle) would be oct 18. So use that date as your day 1 to calculate it more accurately. Mine are 5 days longer than the usual 28 days and the first ultrasound confirmed it.
