When and how to tell job about my pregnancy

Hello! I recently got hired for a full time job. I'm about 12 weeks pregnant and not showing. When should I talk to them about my pregnancy and how do I leave for maternity leave? What should I tell them and who should I talk to? Tia

I told them after my anatomy scan. They were very grateful, positive and nice about it ;)
I‘d not wait too long, so they can also prepare for your maternity leave.

Contact your Hr dept and ask their advice. I didn’t tell my employers til I was almost 7 months almost 8 probably. When in was super showing

I would wait until you can’t hide it and make sure your on your P’s and Q’s in the meantime. I had got hired on at a job & told them I’m pregnant. A week later I showed up to work 5 mins late because of a wreck on the expressway and they fired me. Said I was “consistently late” when it only happened that one time. When you do decide to, tell your immediate supervisor & they will pass along the news & tell you who to talk to about maternity leave.
