I’m 28 weeks and 5 days, I’ve been having a lot of cramps this week throughout the day and baby has been pushing down a lot, it hurts sometimes. Also I’ve been having a lot of discharge I have to wear a panty liner if not it’ll wet my underwear like if I peed. Could that be a sign of preterm labor😖 should I be concerned? I have an ob appointment tomorrow, but wanted know y’all’s opinion.
