Wich kind of coffee do you drink when you’re pregnant?

It says that caffeine isn’t good for the baby. So what do you drink?

Coffee is actually totally fine during pregnancy in moderation. 200-300mg of caffeine is the standard. Decaf actually can be worse because of the chemical process to strip the coffee of caffeine.

I drink caffeine free drinks. I started doing that a few years ago when I almost overdosed on caffeine.

I don't drink lots of coffee unless I'm craving it but when I do. I get the regular coffee and my doctor told me it's fine.
