Anyone else’s LO throw a tantrum/meltdown the moment they know your putting them down for naps?!

This has started the last two weeks for us and 100% from leap 4, usually he welcomes nap time, I turn him on his side pat his butt a couple times and he’s out in 1 min. Now I turn him on his side and it’s the something has possessed him and he turns into craziness arching his back screaming crying for about 15-20 mins then he will finally calm down to nap, on top of that he’s been napping shorter which I’m sure is due to this growth spurt as well, but geez when’s my happy boy coming back otherwise he’s been happy in his awake periods (thank god) it’s like he doesn’t want to miss out on the world by taking a nap 💤 this leap is definitely strange it’s mostly for us affected sleep and of our past leaps he was more fussy during awake periods, now it’s opposite. Is this something similar to anyone else babies in leap 4?
