Advice
So it's snowed where I live, I just got healed from having surgery and really would love to go for a walk, I am a stay at home mom and didn't know a recommended temperature that would OK to take my daughter out in, it would most likely be an hour or more walk and I don't want to take her out if it's not safe, her parents as teachers person says it should be fine if she's bundled up but I'd like some more opinions on it. Thanks :)
