TMI BUT WHAT IS GOING ON?!

Right so me and my partner had sex 14 days ago now exactly, I’m two days late on my period but have had two very clear negative tests.. both done first thing in the morning as well. Today I felt like I was due my period but have just had little bits like this all day, what is it?!
