Do you give fresh milk or warm up refrigerated?

I'm trying to see what works better for everyone. Do you pump and leave the milk out for baby's next feed, or do you refrigerate and heat up when baby is ready? Right now I pump exactly 3oz combined which makes enough for baby's bottle, so I just leave it out for his next feed. What works for you?

I pump and leave out at room temp. 4 oz for the next feeding, whatever is left I put in a bottle in the fridge. Throughout the day when the extra gets to the same temp I mix them. Typically I get 5-10 oz. to freeze if I have a good pumping day.

I'd pump and leave 5 oz outside for feeding as he was 10 months old when I started weaning, put the rest in the fridge and when I gathered enough, I put it in the freezer in storage bags.

I put the cooled milk in a Mason jar in the fridge and feed her from the oldest jar first. I have a few in my fridge and will supplement with formula if I need to . She gets cold milk most times 😁

I leave out for he next feeding and either go ahead and freeze what ever doesn’t go in the next bottle or I’ll refrigerate to freeze later. When my baby was waking up at night I would at times give refrigerated milk (serve chilled, she doesn’t care if it’s warm or cold) since I wouldn’t know when she’d wake up and didn’t want to risk it being out longer than it could safely be. I’m going back to work on Monday and will obviously then start giving refrigerated as well as start using some of my freezer stash on the three days a week I work.
