Thieves oil- pregnancy safe?

I’ve seen conflicting ideas on whether thieves oil is safe for pregnancy. 
I asked my midwife today and she said it was okay, but honestly, I don’t think she had any idea what “thieves” consisted of. 🤦‍♀️
I would like to roll it on the bottoms of my feet to boost immunity.

Answer

You can diffuse it but shouldnt use it topically. It contains rosemary, clove and cinnamon oil, all of which can cause uterine contractions along with jasmine and clary sage EO's. Personally the only oil I apply topically during pregnancy is diluted Lavender oil until I'm full term then I will use Clary Sage to help induce uterine contractions to bring labor closer.
