Do I really?

Question

I know I am having a miscarriage as I would be 6wks today amd my HCG was 150 yesterday. The midwife thst covers for my ob when he isn't at the office told me if my bleeding started to fill a pad in an hour or less and/or the cramps become unbearable to go into the ER. Do I really need to go in when I know they will do is make me pee in a cup, take a hcg, cbc, and a US. To only be told it's a miscarriage and to follow up with my ob  in a few days.

Update 11/16 I do think the worst of it is over and it never got really heavy enough to go in.

Listen to your body and if you think you’re losing to much blood or having extreme pain then go in. I understand the frustration, and I get it. They just wanted you to know that if you felt the need to come in then do so. I’m so sorry for your loss.

If you do have a miscarriage it may be incomplete. Which means things can be left behind. This can cause infection which can obviously put yourself at risk as well as impact future pregnancy. 
I know you feel lost and don't want to go into hospital but truley it's to make sure you are okay ❤️

I had a misscarriage at 5 weeks 3 days and they told me to go to the hospital if I started bleeding more than spotting but I decided not to go. I cramped a lot and passed a lot of tissue but it wasnt unmanageable so I stayed home. I called my doctor on monday.

They tell you to go in if the bleeding gets that bad or of the cramps are insane, cause there could be another issue. They told me the same thing when I miscarried.
