Have you grown an extra breast in your underarm?

When I was pregnant with my daughter I grew an extra breast in my under arm and it got so big (with a nipple)  that I had to get it surgically removed￼. 
Now that’s I’m pregnant again I feel it coming back but now under both 😩😩

I got a pea sized lump that appeared with pain under my right armpit. It almost felt like a pimple or a boil but then a few days later SAME thing with my left armpit so figured it could be breast tissue / glands. 
I mentioned it to my doctor and he felt both armpits and agreed he only felt mammary tissue and proceeded to tell me some
People grow a breast / nipple and it can leave after birth or needs to be surgically removed but that it’s very rare... 
I’m currently 30 weeks. There is no extra boob on either one just kind of tender ? But that comes and goes.
When / how did yours come about ??

I have an extra nipple near each armpit (nubbins! 🤣). They are small and normally just look like moles and aren’t too noticeable. HOWEVER, when I’m pregnant my normal nips get darker...and so do my extra ones. So they become way more noticeable. I plan on getting them removed in the future.
