Breeched or Head Down? When?

Question

At my 30week ultrasound both of my babies where breech and facing each other. Apearanly they love to be face to face which is totally cute, but their heads are both at the top of my uterus. I was looking forward to a vaginal twin birth. Has anyone had their twins turn head down after 30 weeks? Please tell me there is hope!

I'm nearly 32 weeks and both of mine keep moving and been told of the doctor until I'm around 36 weeks there not concerned about there position as they can move

My baby was breech the entire pregnancy. I tried to deliver her naturally but after 16 hours of crushing contractions her heart rate dropped, so we ended up in an emergency c-section. Mine have been in the exact same position as yours since 20 weeks. I'm now 33 & both my regular ob & MFM dr have said since about 28 weeks that they no longer have room to flip so csection it is.

hmm...  well... im not having mine vaginally so it doesn't apply to me but im still gonna try to help  lol  
there are exercises you can do to help them flip/ move. the stretching exercise.  i think its the one that you get on your fours and arch your back like a cat.  i have read several other things but honestly i dont remember sorry.  look some stuff up or ask your doctor im sure they have ideas of things u can do to make them flip.  hope u find something out. wish u the best  :-)
