Has anyone had this happen??

I had spotting from the 8th-13th (CDs 12-17) started getting strong OPKs on the 13th and spotting stopped. Peaked on the 14th, so ovulated yesterday, and have not had spotting since the 13th. Could I still get pregnant this cycle?? I’m worried I bled too much, some of it had clots. Had sex at least every other day.
