Pro biotics during pregnancy?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant Are pro biotics safe during pregnancy? I need something to help with my Ph balance because nothing seems to help with my bv and I've been told pro biotics could help.

Yes. They’re very good for you and baby before, during, and after pregnancy....and while breastfeeding should you choose to do that

I just started taking them. My doctors told me to take them because I keep getting BV and yeast infections too.

I’ve been encouraged by my midwives in all my pregnancies to take probiotics

Yes they are good! Just check with your provider about what they recommend for pregnancy.  Some aren’t recommended in pregnancy.
