Cat hasn’t gone to bathroom since morning?

Hey ladies, I adopted a cat about a month ago and today I noticed that she hasn’t used her litter box all day (like 9am - currently 7pm) this has me a little concerned and I was wondering at what point do I need to take her to the vet? She’s acting normal, still eating and drinking water like normal, and as far as I can tell she hasn’t peed or pooped somewhere in the house that’s not her littler box

You could maybe try putting her on the litter tray... I do this with my female as shes lazy and when I put her on i can hear her do the biggest wee ever lol

She just might not use the litter box that often.  We often joke about my cat having an 'iron bladder' because she'll come in at 6am and not ask to go out to use her litter box on our enclosed patio until around 9pm.  Vet says it's totally normal and her cat does the same.  If she goes longer than 24 hours, then I'd see about checking with a vet.  But I'd take everything else proceeding normally as a good sign and see what you wake up to tomorrow morning.

You are sure it is a female?  This can be a much more emergent issue if male as the urinary tracts of males are more likely to block.
But if she us otherwise normal you can probably monitor overnight. If she is not improving or you are otherwise concerned call your vet.
