What to put on registry

I am creating my registry and unsure of what to all put? HELP?! I feel like I got everything but it doesn’t seem like a lot and I feel like I’m overlooking stuff I’ll need. Also, where do you get cute nursery stuff from? I am doing our baby boys nursery in red and black plaid and am struggling to find decor for the room. TIA!

I have a registry on amazon. They put a checklist on there of everything that you need. I find that very helpful especially for being a first time parent! They have some cute stuff on there too and good stuff.
