Small victories !
Hi everyone it’s been a bit since I’ve done an update so i figured now is a good time 🤣
I am currently 127lbs i was 179 lbs 1 month post baby number 3 :) .
I am 10 months post partum and I’ve been officially regularly going to the gym 4-5 days a week (dependent on my husbands days off) .
I am also breastfeeding still (i have found a balance)!
I have a few small victories i want to share !
I can do weighted burpees
I can squat more than what i weigh
I can deadlift more than what i weigh
I can do jumping lunges
Does anyone else have any wins they want to share ? ♥️







I am the most proud of my abs because i was told they wouldn’t be attainable after pregnancy !
