Which is best

So my husband and I are calling it for fertility treatments and it’s frustrating and hurting me to stop but it was more painful getting my hopes up month after month hoping and praying for a positive test. Before some of y’all say that we just need to relax and it will happen don’t because that is not the case I used to have to take one med to induce the production of follicles another to force me to ovulate because I don’t on my own and another medication to help the egg attach to my uterus because I don’t produce enough progesterone to do it myself.

Looking into adopting in the future after we’ve comes to terms with it not happening after 4 years of medications. So if you have adopted would definitely appreciate any info you have!

With all that being said I am planning on going on birth control because I have PCOS and endometriosis and have painful cramps during my period to the point where I get physically sick. What birth control do y’all think is best? And why? I had nexplanon (stick in the arm) and loved it! But open to other forms of birth control solely for the pain relief portion of the birth control.
