It's cradle cap, you can get it on scalp, eye brows, ears and cheeks etc

My daughter had this and all over her face it was bad i brought her in and was prescribed a steriod cream and it was gone in 3 days.

It’s cradle cap. My daughter had it. Vaseline will moisturize it so it peels off. I used hydrocortisone per a pedi recommendation but it made light patches of skin.

My son had it all over his cheeks....i use the aveeno cortizone cream and aveeno eczema therapy lotion and it goes away very quickly.
