Help! Pregnancy announcement for out of state family?

I need some creative ideas for our pregnancy announcement. My family lives near me and we plan on telling them on Thanksgiving but my boyfriend’s family lives across the country. It’s not a great time for us to take time off work right now because we just got back from seeing them. Any ideas?

Love the Christmas card idea you can definitely do it however it suits you with a photo of yourselves announcing it (check pinterest for ideas). We celebrated Thanksgiving early with my side of the family and we dressed our youngest in a shirt that said Big sister status and waited to see who noticed it.

Send them a Christmas card with a picture of the ultrasound on it. Or send them a card with a cute little pregnancy announcement on it.
