Is this normal?
Gosh I swear I am so odd but the weirdest things keep me motivated. For example when one of my friends starts working out the same time I do but after a few days quits and then it gives me motivation to keep going. It sounds so bad because obviously I want the best for my friends. I have a few that will workout for a few days to a week then stop and I used to be the same way. Now I just keep going and listening to them complain about their weight or how they feel like crap all the time, when I feel good because I work my butt off working out eachday. It keeps me motivated though, just not sure if i am the only one who thinks like that 🤷♀️
