bleeding after a hard hit
so today in P.E i was hit very hard with a ball in my stomach and i’ve had cramps since. i went to the bathroom a few minutes ago and when i wipes there was blood on the toilet paper. my period ended 3 days ago... what do i do and what is it?? pls help me i am freaking out
