7 months postpartum bodayyyyy
I lost 47.5 pounds!!! I haven’t worked out once and I eat a crazy amount. I’m 100% all mush but I’m only 2.5 lbs away from my pre pregnancy body. That being said, I did start out as all muscle so I guess I technically have more to lose since muscle weighs more than fat BUT I’m so happy with how far I’ve come. And literally from doing nothing besides chasing after my baby. Breastfeeding has been so good to me haha
Here’s me just hours before I went into labor... So bloated but mostly all belly which I have a lot of loose skin now but I could care less tbh. I feel damn good to get my body pretty much back. 🙏🏼 Bodies are AMAZING!! They go through so much!
