If a girl was trying to message your man, how would you want him to respond? My bf thinks not responding at all is the answer but I've always told him to tell the girl that he's with someone..idk. what's yalls opinions on it?

Well he doesn't really owe her any answer, and if she's the dummy who doesn't get the hint and keeps messaging he should just block her.

I personally would say just ignore it and if she keeps texting block her number. I would do the same if some one started texting me in that way.

Just ignoring somebody is the ultimate response. 
“I don’t care enough about you to acknowledge you.”

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with not responding. I think both responses are fine. 
It just reflects badly on the girl if she doesn’t get the hint, from getting no response. Some people just take any contact at all as an opening to try worming their way into peoples lives.... so sometimes it’s fine to just ignore it.

I used to so annoyed at how my boyfriend would respond to people like that because he either doesn’t respond at all or will actually be nice and just move the conversation to something where he can mention me, so as to say he has a girlfriend but in a passive way. He’s never been one to confront people head on and be like “that’s inappropriate because I have a girlfriend” because he’s just not like that. I have to admit that sometimes it would be nice to see him get a little protective or more forward with it but I do understand that it’s just not his nature to do that.
