Anyone else go from not hungry to starving in seconds?

I swear I've never been so hungry in my life and it comes out of nowhere. Currently 9 weeks 2 days.

For me it's one second thinking any food sounds so unappetizing and not hungry at all to bam I'm hungry and I better eat something otherwise I'm gonna dry heave again.

I've been sitting around and thought I should grab lunch or a snack, but I could wait. The next thing I know I've eaten at least two full meals.

Oh god yes and when it hits it hits hard and I get so grumpy cause I want food and I want it now! No waiting. If I wait then I get nausea.
