Anxiety
Anyone have tips on controlling anxiety during pregnancy? I do well for about a week after my scans and then it slowly gets worse leading up the next one. I know i have PTSD from my previous losses and I was on zoloft for a while after my second but I’ve been off for over two years and was doing really well...until I got pregnant. Now I’m constantly worried about losing the baby, I mean night and day worry.. I have been close to a panic attack too. I know this isn’t good for babe. I’ve emailed my dr and she just said “breathing exercise, walks and sleep” and that just isn’t doing it 😩
Am i alone here? Any other tips?
