4 weeks a slight spotting

Did anyone have any light pink spotting early in there pregnancy around week 4. When I just been to the bathroom and wiped I noticed a little bit of pinkness on the tissue. Wasn’t loads so don’t know if it’s gonna for worse 🥺 my boobs still feel tenter and swollen and tummy is still hard so I’m still a little Hopeful 😔 just hope it’s not gonna end in miscarriage again 😭
