14 week Doppler scare

I went in and they tried to use a Doppler on me and couldn’t find heartbeat and scared me. I think she was to high because last time the lady found it near my pelvic area . I had an ultrasound to ease my mind and at first he wasn’t moving and that scared me u til I saw him kick twice and the flickering of his heart . I had a stillborn at 16 weeks and everything has been good this pregnancy until today I had a scare . Doctor said the baby could have been sleeping and that sometimes they can’t catch the heartbeat at 14 weeks also my placenta is in the front so dunno if they played a part . I pray everything stays good 😢😢
