Curious

This older woman ( a tiny bit older than my bf ) use to work with him as a truck driver. They fooled around but she had a bf the whole time until he found out then he stopped messing with her and all that. Well he got with me and so she texted him the other day asking how he was doing and we don’t live together and he’s usually on the road. So he called me as soon as she texted him and he told me exactly what she said and send a screenshot and told me he was going to block the number. And he did. Should I trust he won’t unblock it?
