Twins/partner/gambling/

Ok, this might be long but I REALLY need advice...

So me and my partner had twins 5 months ago, he works 9-5 and doesn’t come back till probably 6 most nights. When he arrives home he doesn’t come straight to us, he goes to the kitchen, goes on his phone and gambles online. He does this all night and honestly does not put his phone down, he doesn’t interact with the girls and if I ask him to change one (yes I have to ask) he will make one of them wait whilst he plays online gambling.

We don’t even speak and he calls me fat, and ugly and says that I’m useless and the house should be clean and dinner should be cooked.

He expects me to pay for all the bills even know I’m only on maternity money and I pay for all the food. He says his money is HIS LOL!?!!

He tells all his family that I’m the one that’s getting him into money problems?! HOW.

He doesn’t pay a penny towards the girls and doesn’t help out with anything!

He always tells me he can do better than me and that I’m disgusting, I wear loads of make up. Have no boobs, apparently I’m awful with the girls (when I have them 24/7 and love them to the moon and back)

I’ve asked him to get help but he says he doesn’t need it. I’ve asked him to spend more time with me and the girls but he says ‘I wanted them, not him, and that he only gave me a baby because i wanted one and he wasn’t ready’ - it takes two to fucking tango?! 😡

He gets so personal when we argue and he always tells me that his ex was way better than I am and she didn’t put him through half the stuff I did and he always says how better off he will be without me..

My point is- I don’t want the girls to have a broken family and I literally have no where to to.

My mental health has been really low lately and I’ve told him this. He always laughs and says ‘you don’t get out with the girls or do anything. Just like my ex you’ve got post natal and you will leave and think the grass is greener, but you will come running. Back. Just like she did... (he has a son from a previous relationship.

What shall I do? When he gets back I literally don’t say a word because I really can’t be bothered to be put down or made to feel even worse.
