Is this like baby acne or should I be treating it? There are a few other bumps on his face but it’s the worst right there

It looks like baby acne, this is what my sons face looked like and my family thought it was a rash because he had it on his chest and around his neck. I thought maybe it was just from him spitting up formula is why he got it in different spots.. 
But the pediatrician said baby acne.. and told me to use just water to clean his face, and then for his bumps on the other places to use dove soap (can be bars of soap) it’s cheaper than the baby dove and CeraVe lotion, and his skin cleared up. (Idk if your LO has it on places other than the face) 
But I thought my sons “baby acne” was a rash as well because it had spread right after using a different laundry detergent, so I went back to the one I started using first and it all went away with the help of that and the other things I’ve said on here! Hope this helps so you can try out something!

My little guy has the same and I just went to see my doctor and she said it's baby acne. She recommended put coconut oil or breastmilk on it. I've been putting breastmilk and just bought some coconut oil to try but apparently it will just clear up on its own eventually.

I put breastmilk on it with my first two and left it alone with my third.  It went away a lot faster by just leaving it alone.  Make sure to wipe off tears on his face because that can aggravate it and looks like might be what’s happening there.

My daughter had baby acne and bath her with Mustela shampoo. In 3 days she was almost cleared.
