Pregnant and constipated
I’m currently 26w 3d pregnant. For the first 13 weeks (straight) of my pregnancy, I was constipated. It died down and I was able to move my bowls normally or with no problem. Now I’m constipated all over again, but it feels worse. I’m still passing, but I’m sure I’m straining myself in doing so, and I need to stop it. I know it’s not good. I was told to try prune juice, but how much should I drink? How often? Any other kinds of recommendations. I’m tired of my bootyhole hurting and the feeling of having to go, but can’t 🥺
