Help!!! “Placenta previa” and traveling

Hello ladies,

My Doctor said that my placenta is “close” to my cervix and for that reason they are considering me “high risk”... I haven’t had any scares or bleeding.. nothing at all. My question is has anyone of you gone through something similar? If so, were you ladies allowed to travel?

I haven’t asked my doctor and plan to ask but I am in the need to travel... by plane would be about 3 hours or if it’s by car.. travel time would be 20hours... do you guys think it would affect me at all?

I’m thinking it should be fine but this is my first pregnancy so idk.
