Itchy hands

For the past week and a half my hands have been soooo itchy and are getting red and splotchy and starting to burn. The itchiness is starting to go up my arms too but no rash or burning sensations as of yet.

Not sure if it's just from it being so cold and possibly dry skin or if I'm possibly developing cholestatis (spelling may be off?) Currently 33 weeks pregnant. Anyone have any background knowledge on this and how cholestatis presents itself usually.
