TIRED ALL THE DAMN TIME
what tips do y’all have to avoid being tired allll the time, regardless of how much sleep I get!! i try to avoid sugar and eat whole foods, and I work out at least 3x a week. i tried cutting out caffine as well bc it didnt seem to help keep me awake either, but now I feel even more tired. also my tiredness gets worse whenever im about to get my period which sucksss bc it literally interferes with my daily life!!
