I'm vegan and just took my normal prenatal... I make sure I  buy milk fortified with calcium, tofu set in calcium and I eat lots of broccoli and my levels for everything have been perfect (38+4)

i’m vegan as well and took PLNT prenatals. my levels were good throughout pregnancy. your prenatal should cover it but if you find your levels are low talk to your OB about supplementing.

I was advised to take my prenatal and a vitamin d supplement because vitamin d helps your body andorb calcium. See a nutritionist. They helped me figure out  what my diet was lacking, and advised which foods to eat. Also your baby will get nutrients first and your body will be left depleted so its important for both of you.
