Anyone else like me??

Question

I’m blessed to be pregnant with our first baby due July 2020. Currently 5 weeks 1 day pregnant and the thought I could miscarry is making it hard for me to get excited or happy. I am 26 years old and this is my first ever pregnancy. I worry so much that I could loose this baby :(. I want this baby so bad. Anyone feels the same? Or did you feel this way when so early in pregnancy? Thanks x

Try not to think negative it will only put so much negative pressure and stress on your body, appreciate it and think positively xx

I was panicked to the point of tears the first few weeks. I read ALL about miscarriages. I know so many friends who have had multiple. My head knows it is nearly always an issue with how the baby is forming, chromosomes or something else they can’t survive with, but it’s still so hard. What helped give me some peace was buying a stuffed toy that makes sound and vibrates, just for this baby. If they stay or not, they were loved. I cuddle it when I’m upset and if the baby makes it, I hope the music will be familiar and soothing. I also started journaling. Some days are 6 page days...  helps get my anxiety out. I hope it gets easier for you. Congratulations on the pregnancy. 💗

So the thing is, if someone were to miscarry, unfortunately there isn’t anything you can do about it or to prevent it. It’s no ones fault and although an unfortunate situation you have to push through it. So honestly there is no reason to worry yourself sick about it. I know it’s easier said than done. But if you’re not having an pain or bleeding just keep your head up. Regardless of where you’re at in your pregnancy you’re always going to worry about something. So do your best to sit back, relax, and just roll with it all.
