High blood pressure in previous pregnancy and this one!

Hello all. I just got categorized as high risk by my doctor at 16 weeks. I got preeclampsia with my son and delivered him at 36 weeks but saw no rise in BP until third trimester. This baby girl I’ve had high BP the whole time! Always 140/90s so I’m on baby aspirin and have been home monitoring. I’m wondering if it can be from nerves because my BP is constantly fine at home! I did have a miscarriage between my son and her so I’m always so afraid of going in to bad news.
