NIPT testing

Are there any additional medical reasons to get NIPT testing done in a twin pregnancy? It’s not something we feel is necessary but I’m wondering if medical management of a multiple pregnancy would be significantly impacted if one twin (or both) were found to have chromosomal abnormalities.
