People hardly use there middle names so font worry if it doesnt flow. My daughter is 15 months and I don't think I've never said her middle name.

Depends if you will call her by name Grace June or if June is the middle name and it's not going to be said much then it doesnt matter. 
Chances are she will end up getting called Gracie by either you or others anyway it just seems to happen with Grace's 
Gracie June is adorbs anyway.
