My boobs don't hurt as bad as they use to the morning sickness isn't anymore. Could i have a miscarriage?

As long as there is no cramping or bleeding. I kind of thought the same way, I really didn't have horrible morning sickness, but it stopped literally around 9 weeks. Not that I'm complaining or anything but I got nervous as well

That happened to me last week and I got scared. I was five weeks then, 6 weeks now. But after a few days, everything went back to hurting. Lol. Today, I was sicker than I've ever been.
