Acne or a rash??

This has popped up within the last hour 😭 does it look like a rash or baby acne?

It seems like it was a little heat rash! It’s gone this morning!

It looks similar to what my baby had- I started using the humidifier at home and it was gone within a few days.

Very normal. Mine has had it for two weeks and it flares up then clears. And repeat.

My thoughts on this is that their tiny little pores get clogged. So I'm trying micellar water on days that he doesn't get a bath to try to cleanse the skin, then moisturize. Because the skin seems really dry too. Baby skin is so weird!

Mine has the same thing on the side he sleeps on. I’ve been putting coconut oil on it but I think it’s supposed to go away on its own. I can’t tell that the oil is helping but it’s not getting any worse either

My munch has similar bumps. I think hers is heat rash and acne cus some goes away and some doesn’t.
