Birthing ball?

Hey ladies I’m roughly 350 pounds. And I’ve been seeing in other groups how birthing balls helped with contractions and help with progression of labor. Ok so my question is will a birthing ball hold me? Will it maybe pop? I really wanna try it this time around so I decided to come here first to see if any ladies have tried it

I got mine from Walmart. It had a 700lb limit.

I used one in the birthing class I went to. But I hated it, so I actually got rid of the one I had gotten for labor. I was worried about sitting on it because I was about 335. But it held just fine. I didn’t have any issues with it.

I got an exercise ball the other day and I'm currently 336lbs at 36 weeks. Got it from Academy. Seems to hold my weight just fine. I would check the weight limit on whatever ball you're looking at. I want to say the limit on mine is 350, but I could be wrong.
