Would you worry?

So it’s not that we have ever tried for a baby, but we’re not taking many steps to avoid pregnancy. I have been off birth control for about 3 years. We dont use condoms, and the only form of “birth control” we use is the pull out method. If we did end up pregnant it would honestly be a blessing and something we are ok with so that’s why we aren’t doing too much to prevent. ANYWAYS, should I be concerned that we have been having unprotected sex for 3 years now and I haven’t gotten pregnant? Should I talk to my doc? It just seems like odds are if we were both healthy fertile people, we would’ve gotten pregnant already 🤷🏼‍♀️  I was wondering, should I wait till we actively try and we stop pulling out to be concerned or should I bring it up to my doctor and see what she thinks?

Once you start trying then worry. Not everyone gets pregnant from pullout and they're perfectly fertile

I mean the pull out method is technically still a form of prevention and pretty effective when done correctly. I've been off bc pills for years using nothing but the pull out method (occasionally condoms when he doesn't want to pull out). I wouldn't worry about until you actually start trying but it is up to you (some drs might not even want to bother with the testing and such unless youve actually been trying or have other reasons of concern but who knows).

I did pull out method for about 4 years with my bf and didn’t get pregnant once, when I actually wanted to get pregnant and we stopped the pull out method I got pregnant just fine.
